Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on this website.
1. Controller
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Moonlake Entertainment GmbH
Friedensstraße 8
5082 Grödig, Austria
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +43 650 876 876 3
The full company details (commercial register number, VAT ID, supervisory authority, etc.) can be found in the Impressum.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider (processor):
IONOS
ionos.at
When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are in particular:
- the IP address of the accessing device
- the date and time of the request
- the name and URL of the file retrieved
- the browser used and, where applicable, the operating system
- the referrer URL (the previously visited page)
This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in a technically error-free and secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data sources. The log files are deleted after 8 weeks.
3. Fonts
This website uses the typefaces “Bodoni Moda” and “Bricolage Grotesque”. The font files are stored and served locally from our own server. No connection to third-party servers (in particular not to Google Fonts) is made, and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party.
4. Embedded video content (YouTube, Vimeo)
This website embeds trailers and video content from the providers YouTube and Vimeo. The providers are Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (for YouTube) and Vimeo, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, New York 10001, USA.
The videos are embedded in such a way that no connection to the servers of YouTube or Vimeo is established when you merely open the page. Only when you actively start a video by clicking the play button is the player loaded and data (in particular your IP address) transmitted to the respective provider. By clicking “play” you consent to this data transmission.
- YouTube is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode via the youtube-nocookie.com domain, so that no tracking cookies are set before playback.
- Vimeo is embedded with the “Do Not Track” parameter (dnt=1) enabled.
The legal basis is your consent through the active start of the video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). When playing the video, data may also be transferred to servers in third countries (USA). For more information on how your data is handled, please see the providers’ privacy policies: Google/YouTube and Vimeo.
5. Cookies and web analytics
This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and currently uses no web analytics or tracking service. Only technically necessary data is processed to the extent described above.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address, name and the content of your message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
7. External links
This website contains links to external third-party websites (including IMDb, Wikipedia, Instagram). We have no influence over their content or data processing; the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. Data is only transferred to these providers once you actively click on the relevant link.
8. Your rights
In principle, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- the right to withdraw a given consent with effect for the future
To exercise your rights, an informal message to the email address above is sufficient.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority:
